How
long will it take for you to ship my order?
We'll ship your personalized photo mug usually within 2-4 business
days after
your approval of the proof. Most orders go out the same business day or the next
business day, but we get huge orders from time to time so it may take more than 4 business days to get your order out.
How
do you ship the product to me, and will I be notified when it ships?
We ship via USPS, and you will be notified at
the email address that you provide when the product ships. All orders
are shipped from Santa Ana, California. From time to time we offer
free upgrades to Priority Mail shipping. Please check individual mug
listings for details.
It
is extremely important that you provide a correct email address
Email is our exclusive means of communication with you as a customer.
We alert you to all shipping information via email.
Customer Service and support is provided exclusively through email,
so it is extremely important that you provide us with a correct email
address.
Why
do you only have email customer service support?
We've priced our products very low, so that everyone can afford them.
The downside of value pricing is that we cannot provide
phone support for our product. The simple fact is that our customer
service representatives can interact with customers far more rapidly
via email,
and that helps
us keep our prices low and affordable to all. If

What
is your return/exchange policy?
In order to provide the lowest possible prices, all sales are final
and we do not accept returns at this time. We will replace items for those who have purchased shipping insurance.
TERMS OF SALE - please
be sure you agree to these terms and shipping prices prior to ordering
We strongly
recommend purchasing shipping insurance ($1.65) for all of our photo
gift items. We cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs in shipment.
Shipping insurance would completely cover the replacement and shipping cost
if your mug(s) or other photo gift if it were to be damaged in transit.
Please inspect your package upon arrival, and let us know within 7 days if
any damage has occurred in shipment.
In order to provide the lowest possible prices, all sales are final
and we do not accept returns at this time.
All communication for the photo gifts is done via e-mail. You'll need to view
proofs via e-mail, respond with comments, and ultimately approve for production.
All photo gift items must be completed within 2 weeks of the auctions close,
or will be subject to a $4.00 per item production surcharge.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. We're
not in the office so we cannot
respond to e-mails, ship products or produce photo gifts outside of our stated
office hours. We are also unavailable on all federal and generally observed holidays.
